Sunday Dinner - Steak and Potatoes
I was feeling pretty lazy this weekend, so Sunday Dinner was a simple favorite.
- Steak on the Grill
- Roasted Potatoes
- Candied Carrots
- Green Beans
My sister provided the Green Beans which was a nice rounding of the meal. The steaks were salted and grilled; simple and tasty. Candied Carrots are a quicky. The potatoes took the most effort, but were not a hard dish. Quarter a pile of Red Potatoes; drizzle with olive oil; salt; pepper; marjoram; taragon; and rosemary; Roast at 450º until soft inside and grispy outside (about 45 minutes).
That made a good, quick meal and left a nice pile of leftovers of lunches this week.
